Everyone posts the "how do I lose weight' threads, and I have been guilty of it myself.
Although I am not a twink/stud/god-body person, I take a good look at myself before I shower. Got to just check everything out for problems and such.
Today, I can actually see it...I am losing weight!
Not much, but it is beginning to be visible.
I did not take drastic measures. Just a few changes in habits:
Just wanted to share a happy post. Give me more encouragement, and I will keep y'all posted.

- Very little soda
- Simple, general exercises (i.e. stairs instead of elevator)
- Lots of water (actually Crystal Light)
- Juice ( I bought a juicer)
- No snacks (well, only healthy ones)
