Aw, wow, thanks guys. I don't know about generous! I think I am probably horribly vain inside.

Well, I'm quite happy with my physique as it is. Weights wouldn't do much anyway.

I always feel a bit depressed when I see guys of my physique at my age and then five years later they seem to have piled on muscle and changed themselves entirely and I wonder whether it's in-keeping with their personality :(.

I always hold in my mind this guy here, who has the same kind of body to me, and he must be 30-35 I would imagine. He's called Corey Nixon.
