Hey I'm just curious as to what you eat most of the time... I'm kind of skinny but have some love handles as well, wondering what you did/eat to get rid of those while not getting too skinny...

I don't diet too much, I'm more concerned on eating enough of everything.
I guess it's the workouts and that I eat more protein than I used to.

In my case I guess it was all about replacing fat with muscle. My weight has stayed almost the same (I actually gained a few lbs).
