a friend told me its okay to have sex with a person HIV

The irony in this thread is that most of the people who posted they would not have sex with an HIV+ person will likely end up with the disease themselves because they will have unprotected sex with a potentially infected partner (who will not tell them, BTW) because they think "Oh, it can't/won't happen to ME. I don't have sex with people who have HIV."

The ignorance is ASTOUNDING.

WHAT THE FUCK? Your prediction that most people who would not have sex with a HIV person will end up with the disease themselves is so incredibly dumb and offending. I would never ever want to have sex with someone when i know that that person is infected with HIV. It's true that i wouldn't know about the virus, when that person doesn't tell me about it. That doesn't mean that i would practice unsafe sex, cuz i think i won't happen to me :grrr: I take my health very seriously!

Yeah, I´ll have to agree with some here, I´ll never, ever, have sex with someone who has HIV, or who I know they have been promiscuous in the past. I take my health very seriously. ;)
