my question is what has been your everyones experience with craiglist. is it just for casual sex or do any of think it is possible to meet someone to be in a relationship with or have any of you actually met someone there that you are currently in a relationship with? or do you think craigslist is bad news and something to stay away from?
 
My experience has been over-all good. Good meaning if I exchange face-pics with someone then I can decide whether or not I'm interested. Once again it depends on where you live in the world...In my area it's always the same posts by the same guys looking for the same thing that they have a hard time finding...

From what I see in my area the guys that get the most replies are the HOtel guys looking to play while in town. Now if you're in Los A. or New York or Atlanta then you're probably seeing a number of guys daily and you can decide who fits your criteria..

But in my town it's the same Dudes and Women posting similar adds every day or every other day...If you're upfront with what you want and what you're looking for in the Men or Womens section then you'll get replies from people wanting the same...
 
I've met a number of people from Craig's. Some good, some bad..and boy do people lie on that site. Their dick is always smaller then they claim and age tends to obviously be different alot of the times. I have had some nice one timers and I have met a couple that I see regularly so that's fun.
 
I've used the site for everything but sex.

Got two jobs, bought my bike, bought patio furniture, etc..

For sex, it seems like a lot of questionable guys go there.....
 
Outside of sex I have heard a lot of good things about craigslist. Like for jobs, or to find something for example a bike.

For sex, I have had more bad experiences then good. But I have met quite a few guys from there that I still continue to talk with and have sex with today. But there are a lot of game players, a lot of guys who just want pictures (who knows what they are going to do with those), a good amount of weirdos and whores ^^. Around my area, its mainly just for sex, you might see like 3 posts a day if that for guys looking for relationships.

Wow 3 relationship posts a day is amazing...LOL....On average I see about 1 a week in my area....usually from the same person who always says "this is the LAST time I'm going to try this"....Poor thing...
 
I think it is possible. My current fb was someone I met from Craigslist. (I've only done CL a few times and my last time, more than 3 months ago was when I found him).
You just have to be careful and attent because of all the asshole dumbasses that just don't get/understand what you r lookin for. The ones who think with their penis, and think its the most glamorous thing in the world. When I found my guy, I strictly posted that I was lookin for someone that was gl, has personality, and is lookin to hang out with no expectations. Of course I had a ton of replies (they loved the femmi look) from every asshole in the city that wasn't anything of what I was lookin for. At the very end, I had to weed them out, and was left talking to a few that met my "criteria" and ultimately chose him. But even then, if he woulda came over with his pants down to his ankles I woulda came at him with a baseball bat.

Ultimately, good things can come about CL. You just have to high a level of awareness of the forum and the awareness that the pizza you ordered online, may not be the same pizza that arrives at your door. Dont be afraid to kick it back out.
Though I have been hooking up with my fb constantly since, we still play it safe. After all, I did meet him on CL!
