At least once a week, unless they need it more. I have more than one pair, and I'm BI.
 
I'd say ten days, depends on how much of piss and cum they stink of. Curious.
 
i bought new pair about 2 weeks ago, and havent washed them once. they are really getting bad, i need to wash them one of these days, but theyre so comfortable. i suppose its time to get the piss and cum stains out. and Im gay.
