Ever since I shaved my chest last night, i've noticed that my nipples are now staying smaller. They also look more defined, are way more sensitive and get erect almost instantly if you play with them.

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I shaved small patches of my chest a while back, and all I noticed was extreme itching that made me want to set my torso on fire. :c)

Sounds like you did it wrong, then. I used a NEW, clean Mach 3 razor head that was sterilized/lubricated with tea tree oil. I did it in the shower, so there was a lot of hot water and I used shaving cream.

I cleaned up a couple of areas after I got out (around the nipples, that little spot under the pecs), and wiped down with a cotton ball saturated in witch hazel/alcohol blend.

You went to waay more trouble than I do.

I just put little conditioner (like you'd use on your head) over the areas I've shaved or trimmed, let it set for a couple minutes and rinse. It softens the cut ends of the hairs so less itching.

I've never noticed my nipples being more sensitive though. But, I do use clippers not a razor and that might be the difference.

Wait 'til it start to grow back...

when i did it it felt great but after it started to grow back it was itching like crazies!

Not really. Just don't understand wanting to look like a Mannequin, that's all.

This is just something i've noticed:

From most of the threads I see on JUB, The majority of the pictures/videos you guys post are guys with hairless chests:

(just three examples to support my case)

I notice that most of the replies are "Wow, he's HOT!" . . .so, if you see a guy with a nice body and less body hair, it isn't an issue; you're obviously attracted to him and don't find it much of a turn-off. . .

. . .But if a guy mentions that he shaves/wants to shave some of his body hair, you complain, say it's gross and make up all this non-sense of "mannequins" and "looking like little boys".

Please: Get real.

I just don't understand going out of you way to look plastic.

To show off muscles? For a cleaner look? Maybe they swim? Perhaps they just like smooth feel? Just for a different experience?

Guys shave facial hair all the time. Are they going out of their way to look plastic?
Or perhaps they feel it just looks better?

I didn't say it's a fault to not have chest hair, not everyone grows it. I just don't understand going out of you way to look plastic.

It's exactly the same thing with beards: I happen to love a guy with a goatee, for example, but not everyone looks good with facial hair, or can grow it very well for that matter. So, they usually stay clean shaven.

Some guys grow really nice torso hair, but all I had was sparse, uneven nipple hair (eyelashes, lol) and a mohawk down my stomach. Maybe my bodyhair'll look nicer when i'm in my 30s, but now it's just kinda gross.

I don't find most materialistic things guys do to their bodies attractive either.

Then you've spiritually exceeded/succeeded above and beyond this thread. Good day to you, sir.

I find that some people who are opposed to shaving actually find the smooth look hot. They just equate the act of shaving to femininity....

Don't see how, but that's just me. I never did pay much attention to the do's and don'ts of masculinity nor do I care.

Its similar to how some straight guys love their girlfriends smooth legs, but freak out when they see her shaving them in the shower.

It's just a waste of time.

But I can see how someone who doesn't even know the structure of the American judicial system would see chest-shaving and other vanity activities as a constructive use of time.

Yes forgive me. I forget we all must follow your shining example...You alone know what is the appropriate use of time. And I, a miserable wretch wastes his time with things that are so beneath you.

Well whatever you do don't use the nair for men spray stuff it's a waste of money that $5, a razor, and some barbasol can do and it also saves time.

The thing about Nair is hair takes longer to grow back and it should not itch as much. That's what I heard.
So to some, that could be a reason to buy it.

But if you have sensitive skin Nair can really irritate your skin.

I shaved a couple of times. My ex liked it as my chest hair didn't tickle his nose as he chewed/sucked etc. on my nipples which I absolutely love. So you judgemental types should really try to get over your cases of anal/cranial inversion and live and let live.

HEY EDDY !!!

Good to see you outside the boxing ring! You like them smooth or hairy?

Ok Girly-Man.

What's that? I couldn't hear you over the sound of you biting your pillow.

People put up with Nair and waxing because there's no stubble. The majority of the male models and actors wax so you can't see any stubble in HD.

Back when I shaved what little hair I have on my chest, I just took the electric razor and zipped the hair around my nipples and chest off. Took less that a minute.

I did not notice any increased sensitivity or protruding nipples because of it.

Thanks babe!

And boyfriend, you look sexy shaved or not. I've seen it and it's not gross at all so hush about it! (*8*)

Nair is a fucking disaster! Never use it on your chest--guaranteed irritation.
Nothing beats shaving, You simply have to remember that if you have more than, say, 5/16" of growth you need to start with clippers and bring the hair down to 1/8" or so.

Shaving is pretty fem. I always liked a guy with chest hair. I like hairy arms and legs also. I don't mind trimming. I trim. But you said it made your nipples smaller or something? That isn't possible. Whatever size they are that's the size they will stay.
