A question to all JUBBERS outside of The United States....

No bells here either, looks like fun.
So Jory, why do you want to know if we've heard of it?

Lets do the math shall we

The US 300 millions aprox
Mexico 120 millions aprox
Central America 30-35 millions aprox
And maybe some 20-30 millions in South America

And there you go some 450 millions aprox

I'm IN the US, and I've never heard of it...

I'm always sleeping late on New Years, and I try not to deal with the outside world...

I helped decorate a float one year for the Rose Parade. I have pictures, but I don't know where I filed them.

Since the parade is broadcast live at Pacific Time, I think that it would have to compete with prime time in Europe. Tenerife on the Canary Islands has an equally elaborate parade or show at Carnivale, which I believe is broadcast to most of Europe, but you won't see it in this hemisphere. We don't get Brazil's Carnivale broadcast live here either, nor Australia's.

Taiwanese?---Japanese???
Anyone with an Airline out of LAX, maybe, might put in a float and get people in their homeland to watch. I'm guessing.

If anyone from overseas is in LA during the season, and someone suggests going or even if they don't, head for Pasadena for the parade!
Or even if you're in Phoenix or SF or if flying in from NYC isn't a problem.
It's a big parade!

I see it every year, they show very nice floats, you have done this thread like a poll by region, I believe that most of the responses was Central and South America.
