Teens know already that what adults think is never to be taken seriously, when they are not kids anymore, and realize that the trust put in adults to know and be guided about the world has reached its ending point: her "judgmental" may have meant to describe just the typical well-settled adults who have the air and attitude of "knowing all the answers", of "knowing better", even if one, as Al as said in the OP, one could not quite pin it down to any particular, specific case.

I know most of you don’t know me personal, but I’m pretty much what you see online.

Do you think I’m overly judgmental?

I’m asking because my kid told me I was this weekend. She couldn’t give me an example but she claims that I am.

I told her she was mistaking being judgmental with being a realist. BTW she’s 15.

I don’t mind your real thoughts. I want honest answers. I’ll look at it as growth potential.
