maybe he used someone else's photos because he's depressed about the way he looks. some exercise might help boost his self esteem
 
I got WiiFit, started eating better for lunch, and dropped 30 lbs. It did take six months, but that's fine.

But even better than dropping the weight was simply accepting and loving myself. Even if I don't have a six-pack or a great ass. That guy holding the bass in the "post pictures of yourself" thread isn't hot, or even anything to look at it. But it's me. And I like him. :)

im not taking sides, but did he ever claim to be the person in the photos of his gallery... because its not like he's the only person to have pictures of people other than himself in his own gallery. some people have pages full of naked men and porn stars.

That was kind of the reason why I was hesitant to bring it up because I wasn't sure if he claimed it as his own. But I guess what we're just saying is that well we've found those pictures before...and if that's him in those pictures then that advice would be more reputable. .......um......I'm confusing myself now. #-o
 
Will it shatter the world of anybody if I told you that green guy to the left isn't me?

I've exchanged a few PMs with the OP. He seems like a nice guy. Is that him in his gallery? Don't know - I never saw what was in his gallery until this thread. Did I think that avatar was him? Not really, no - it looks like 50% of the avatars here. And I'm pretty sure less than half of us are hot muscular guys. :)

Not one of you on this board can say I ever p.med you trying to hook up and claiming to be that guy in my avatar. How many of you have photos of male celebs in your avatars and as your galleries, but do I assume that it's you? No! I have that guy as my avatar and in my gallery because when I found those pics on the net a while back they gave me motivation to keep working out (and yes my name is Muscles4daze for reason). The funny thing about it is a couple of you who have lead this which hunt, sent me p.m's a while back telling me how hot I was (with no response). Oh yeah "Wavemasher" let me give you a round of applause for your top notch detective work :=D:, I am pretty sure you are one of those miserable people I speak of lol.

hey, whats with all the hostility...and i was defending you but i guess you failed to see that. in fact, i was the first one to ask if you ever claimed to be the one in the pictures. dont i get a little credit?

Hey--I didn't mean to come off like that, so if I did I apologize. I know that a lot of the members here post pictures of people that they like and I figured it was the same way with you. I didn't intend to make a post with pictures for comparison to "expose" a lie or anything...just that I've seen those pictures around before is all. And I'll take your advice and go stand in the corner and just lurk around again.

Yeah lift heavy weight and make sure you include a lot of protein in your diet (protein shakes, lean beef, chicken etc.) and try doing interval cardio (20 minutes only) instead of steady state cardio, so that you won't tap into the muscle that you already have.
 
No I am not happy with my body's appearance but it is not going to make me miserable or depressed.

That is what good clothes are for. I just dress it up as best I can. I have always had the knack for wrapping presents.

As no one is likely to "unwrap" me I think I can live with what I am. ;)

You are proposing a whole change of life style just for someone to redefine their physical appearance. For many people that is an impossibility and associate that with their lack of desire to make the effort and you have people remaining the way they are.

Are they all miserable and depressed, I am not too certain about that; wistfully dreaming they were slim perhaps. I think many just get on with their lives and enjoy it as much as they can.
