Yo Dudes,

Looking for information about what is the easiest teeth whitening tools to purchase?

I find it has been problematic to come across the up to date information as far as I can see. One place tells you one thing and another person advises you something completely different!
And, I thought the smartest thing to do is get practical feedback from you guys as you possibly have personal experience re these things.

All feedback is really appreciated.

i've used the crest whitening strips on sale in chemists in the us. They do work

isopropyl alcohol or hydrogen peroxide. swish and spit. NEVER combine.

I forked over the money to my dentist for a whitening system. He made silicon trays for my teeth and gave me a Colgate whitening gel sold only by dentists to put into the trays. The stuff contains 7% hydrogen peroxide. It worked pretty good.

Isopropyl alcohol is also toxic in quantity. So, another case where you definitely want to spit, not swallow.

I use Opalescence. LOVE IT and people ask me if I whiten my teeth all the time (a year after using it) Don't use if you don't want them that noticeably white though.

I use the 14 day crest whitening strips and also by sensodyne toothpaste. Use the sensodyne toothpaste for about a week prior to the use of the crest white strips and you should be all good to go.
