About the wrestlers that worked as fratmen models

Re: About the wrestlers that worked as fratmen mod

One more thing about the homoeroticism/wrestling connection: a few Fratmen alum who have gone on to do hard core stuff were former wrestlers: TommyD, Brandon/Cody/Andy Honda, Wes/Logan. Corbin Fisher's Lucas and Dawson were both wrestlers. Both of the bi models in the recent SC (Dakota and Branson) claim to be wrestlers, too.

Re: About the wrestlers that worked as fratmen mod

And really guys your watching guys jerk off on a website..thats porn lol solo not solo thats freakin porn.

Playboy is not for lesbian women.. teh subscribers of that rag is hetero men in huge numbers.. just liek Fratmen is gay and bi guys in huge numbers. We are splitting hairs here

These guys got paid a relatively small amount of money to perform a harmless act. Trust me if they'd been Cornhusker football players the story would have been killed by the University.

Like George Costanza, I have been known to rub one out while looking at an underwear ad (probably not the same ad, tho ;)) The other night one of several Micheal Phelps' pix did the trick. Do these count as porn?

And yes, I know dykes who look at Playboy :)

Re: About the wrestlers that worked as fratmen mod

Bottom Line! If you put yourelf out in Cyberspace, doing sexual acts, then you should accept the consequences! No one forced these guys to do anything sexual on camera for a buck. I feel no sympathy for them. You reap what you sow..

Well, sure you should accept the consequences of your actions, but I think the bottom line is--should there be consequences, and how draconian should they be?

You could just as easily say, "If you sing a French folk song, you should accept the consequences!" Well, okay. And those consequences should be nothing.

"Stripping naked and jacking off on the Internet" is, in my opinion, no more morally questionable than singing a French folk song or playing the violin. If it violated the letter of the NCAA rule--questionable, since they didn't use their real names or associate themselves with their actual identities in any way--they violated that NCAA rule in the same way that a violinist who received money to play on a PBS show would have. Were the consequences really the same for these boys as they would have been for a violinist? Possibly, but somehow I doubt it.

Re: About the wrestlers that worked as fratmen mod

No. Both movies and photosets are still on Fratmen.TV. I've also got some behind-the-scenes video for the blog which I guess I can add too at some point...

I can't let this pass:

YES!
WHEN!?

and the 'never say never' ; what a tease! Are you bringing these boys to the fratpad?

My sense is that this is the tip of the self revealing internet culture. More studly guys like these two will consider this type of work, modeling, fun. .. as a rite of passage. It will become less exceptional. This episode is the tip of the iceberg; more and more guys will have it come to be known that they've done jerk off vids as a way to get quick $ for school ..esp. in this economy. I think we are in for some interesting times.

I cannot wait to see Nash and Cal behind the scenes..And of course, raw footage of my main man, Glenn, would be great as well.

cw.

Re: About the wrestlers that worked as fratmen mod

No no... I'm not teasing. When I say "never say never" I mean that. We presently have no plans to work with them again that I know of, but I've learned in my life that if the Eagles can reunite, anything is possible. Please don't take that as one of those coy things I can say. It wasn't meant like that at all.

I do have a very funny bit where Mick demonstrates his bed-humping style which is pretty funny.

Re: About the wrestlers that worked as fratmen mod

Couple of things:

First, Fratmen could have taken better pains to hide their identities. I mean, you place them at a 'small New England College', but you go on to divulge that they are wrestlers. Why not shore up your canard with some more regionally appropriate sport, like hockey or lax?

Also, one of these boys has the famous Nebraska Cornhuskers logo tattooed largely on his left thigh. Seriously, why would any kid at say Williams or Dartmouth have that? You could have either covered this up, or edited it out altogether.

This is kind of a tragedy, especially since one of these guys is so good I'm surprised he didn't make the squad in Beijing.

First... Being one of the first to post a thread on this issue (that was taken down several times) I'm well aware of the lengths that FratmenTV went to protect these models. Their images were removed from most major sites like JUB who previously promoted the photosets of "Nash" and "Cal" back when they were new updates from FratmenTV. Also, the tattoo on Nash's thigh was removed in Photoshop after the images were first released but also before he was publicly identified. I found these two photos on different sites and I cropped out the face so I hopefully don't have my post censored...

So it's obvious from the way that this situation was handled, that Fratmen did everything they could to help these guys out. :=D:

Re: About the wrestlers that worked as fratmen mod

I feel bad for the guys but -- what were they thinking? Top college wrestlers are like rock stars in the Midwest -- did they really think they could remain anonymous?

One of them even has a Nebraska tattoo clearly visible in the video.

I just hope they got BIG bucks from Fratmen.

Actually, the press release says this...

"Nash is a typical college jock from New England who loves to show off all he's got."

No sport was mentioned in that and I think we said he played soccer on the now-deleted bio on the sell page for the DVD.

Re: About the wrestlers that worked as fratmen mod

I dont get it , if you fuck around in that life style and are on video dont go crying and shit when you get caught up. they knew the job was dangerous when they took it, I dont feel sorry for them.

Re: About the wrestlers that worked as fratmen mod

do you hear them crying or asking for sympathy?

how's about not being so self righteous.

Re: About the wrestlers that worked as fratmen mod

I dont feel sorry for them, they are just sorry now they got caught they were ok cashing those checks. I mean really how long do you think it will be a secert when your all over the net

Re: About the wrestlers that worked as fratmen mod

Hypocritical? Definitely. Let me get this right. You get arrested like so many other typical college athletes and they let you stay on the team. But, if you pose naked (which is legal) they throw you under the bus?! They shouldn't say they deserved their punishment, because they didn't. These guys don't just need a scholarship; they also need a lawyer. Sue NU and get a nice settlement and move on. Best of luck to them in the future.

Re: About the wrestlers that worked as fratmen mod

F.Y.I. The incident was mention today on the Stephanie Miller Show along with the name of the Website
SOILWORK - can i ask how much the visitor trafic has increased (in percent) to fratmen.com since the media has picked up this story and mentioned the site?

and do you think the increase of such viewership, say possibly from people trying to see if they know any wrestlers/sports players on there, and the media hype of exposing the models, increases the chances of another model being exposed? (hopefully not)

Re: About the wrestlers that worked as fratmen mod

It may not be illegal to pose naked in photos but I do think their conduct does violate the NCAA contrat that they signed with U of N. I think what they did was pretty stupid and they should have known better. I might like to look at HOT!! men but I would be real dissapointed if someone like Michael Phelps, Brady Quinn or any other hot college guy in the news did what these guys did.

Re: About the wrestlers that worked as fratmen mod

One things for sure I bet traffic at the Fratmen site is way up. Other sites as well. I 'm sure theres alot of people out there checking to see if they might just know someone on one the the many sites. Why anyone believes they can keep this a secret is beyond me!!

Re: About the wrestlers that worked as fratmen mod

Now even the bigot Fred Phelps is getting into the fray....

http://www.signmovies.net/videos/news/2008/20080813fagnebraska.html

Being hated by Phelps is a great compliment, is not the greatest because he hates everyone.

On the wrestling website www.themat.com, one of the wrestlers from fratmen wrote an apology. His family then supposedly asked one of the members of the website to post some additional comments about the incident. The family believes that the wrestler was duped during the photo and video shoot. The family supposedly claims that fratmen told the wrestler that his face would not be seen and that the material would only be viewed by women.

Someone is in serious denial.

Not exactly surprised and can't say that I blame them, this shit exploded on they faces and the entire country is seeing.

I was kind of wondering that myself
