Self-pleasure isn't supposed to cause any pain, but if you somehow feel any pain anywhere during it (whether or not it's your back hurting or what), then stop what you are doing and wait awhile before going back to playing with your hole. I think it depends on the strength of the pain medication you are taking. Pain medication is only supposed to block the nerve fibers from transmitting pain signals, so it really shouldn't be affecting how you self-pleasure. Thank you for your advice IceColdLover, well the anal isnt painful its my chronic pain illness. but i can act them, mostly the pain meds i take are opiods (legally with doctor prescription) i know when i have sex with girls, hell or even getting head from a indivual.
