Now, that's not true! I posted three links in my reply in that prior thread as post #3 that are the generally accepted things to try.

Can you specify your Windows version? A lot of the techniques are based on that? 7? 10?

I am running Win 10,maybe i didn't know much about computer,so i didn't succeed,do you have an easier way?

3.tap on the administrator.
4.now you can delete your password.
