Omg, Everyone!

News broke that Bob Saget, on comedy tour in Florida, was found dead in his hotel room at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando/Grande Lakes.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office pronounced Robert Saget dead at the scene. Bob Saget, and I, share the same age, 65.

Wow, this one came out of nowhere. I liked him on everything he did. He developed into a good host on 1 vs. 100.

I saw that last night how awful rip he played a good dad on the TV show full house

He did look like a heart attack waiting to happen though.

heart attacks are random---a fat guy like Henry Kissinger is like 100 years old and alive--that French Canadian director died a few weeks ago of a heart attack in his 50's. Saget could have been on coke or something---who knows? RIP.

Never heard of him apart from some losers mentioning his name on those Comedy Roast shows.

they played an old interview with him on Howard Stern today---his 2 sisters died very young 25 plus years ago--40's and 50's I believe-- from an aneurysm and a heart attack so this was in the genes

One of the sisters died of an autoimmune disease - scleroderma. Bob Saget served on the board of the Scleroderma Research Foundation.

He said both his sisters were dead--one of a heart attack --I think. Was also just announced he had Covid at Xmas along with the rest of his family--and was feeling better.

Hell, just a few weeks ago I was surprised by the amount of weight he gained.

I have to tell you that I saw a photo of Bob Saget about two weeks ago - I didn't recognize him!

I actually thought the photo was mislabeled, that couldn't be Bob!

Time slipped past me, I only think of the man I saw on America's Funniest Home Videos.

I don't think I have ever heard of him until this week. It seems like everyone else knows who he is already.

No idea who this is. He obviously never crossed the water to us

Not sure if "Full House" ever made it to the UK. It was one of those "family friendly" shows from the late 80s-early 90s- similar to "Who's the Boss", "Growing Pains", et al.

It's famous for giving us:

John Stamos and Lori Laughlin (recent ex-convict):
