I find it insanely funny that people are criticizing Adam Lambert for using whatever means possible to get people's attention.

This is show business folks! That's what you do. If you have any personal "idols" in the film, TV or music industries, I guarantee you they have a staff of full time people voraciously vying to get their name in front of the media.

Dishonest? What's up with the moral speech? He can handle his sexuality and how he tells the world the way he wants to. It isn't his obligation to come out...ever. Did he manipulate the situation to get more attention? Probably, but newsflash! that's what celebrities do all the time so I find it absurd that some people are like "Oh *gasp*! He decided to keep quite and then come out on Rolling Stone so he would get publicity, a celebrity doing that! No way!"


At least "Yes, I'm gay" is honest and gets straight to the point. People magazine has real people looking natural instead of like something from a porn cover shoot on their covers. On Adam's RS cover everything is designed to bring attention to his cock. Its tawdry and cheap.

Rrrright, people looking natural in magazine covers. The fact that People Magazine covers aren't as worked and Rolling Stone's doesn't mean they don't put the person through makeup, lightning, best angles and then photoshop. You are free to dislike Adam's cover, but don't say it is "dishonest" compared to People Magazine...that's kind of a joke.
