i love him bt if anything, kelly clarkson should be the judge. she's the first winner and she actually sells record compared to other winners that comes and disappears after her...she knows what its like to be in their shoes and actually give critiue through the learning process over the years...

TMZ has learned ... the Miami Beach Police Department is now in the middle of a violent incident involving "American Idol" runner-up Adam Lambert ... after the alleged victim filed a police report.
Law enforcement sources tell us the paparazzo seen grappling with Lambert on the beach yesterday walked into a Miami Beach police station around 10:30 PM last night and filed a report ... accusing the singer of misdemeanor battery.
According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, the victim claims Adam grabbed his backpack "where the camera was placed" ... and "wrestled [the photog] to the ground forcefully."
One big problem -- in photos that were taken of the incident, the camera appears to be in the photog's hand ... not in his bag.
The police report also notes that the photog didn't sustain any "bruises or lacerations."
Cops tell detectives will decide if the case is worth turning over to the State's Attorney -- who will decide whether to prosecute Lambert. If convicted, Lambert could face up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine.
After yesterday's clash -- Lambert went right to his Twitter account and posted, "I lost my temper for a sec but wow it felt great lol MIAMI!!!"

Adam Lambert Arrested & Jailed
This just in.......
Adam Lambert was arrested & sent to jail earlier today in Helsinki, Finland.
He got into a physical fight with his boyfriend, Sauli Koskinen, who was the recent winner of the Finnish version of "Big Brother."
They were arrested at 4 AM outside the Finnish gay club DTM ("Don't tell Momma"). The couple apparently had a fight, and even Sofia Ruusila (former Miss Helsinki) tried to get the two gay men to stop fighting. Instead, she got beaten too in the brawl. The gay men were kicked out of the gay club, but the fight continued on the street outside.
Adam Lambert had arrived in Finland a few days ago to spend Christmas with his boyfriend. Now he is in jail, and is awaiting legal charges.

Personally, I would have Adam & his boyfriend arrested for their grotesque hairstyles. This isn't Halloween. Doing their hair, makeup, and eyeliner like they did should almost be a crime.
Whatever happened to just getting a normal haircut, and NOT wearing makeup or eyeliner or getting your eyebrows threaded?

I wasn't looking to offend.
But I guess I'm just traditional -- I think that guys aren't supposed to wear makeup (unless its for work), or lipstick/ lipgloss, or eyeliner, or get their eyebrows threaded. Those are things that girls do.
I think the hottest guys are the ones with a masculine, clean-cut look. Military-style crew or buzz cuts are so simple, yet so sexy on a man.
That's just my taste.
