lol yeah I can't think of anything particularly "adult" about a CMS. It's a way to organize and maintain content. What the content is does not really matter.
Just use whatever one works best for the kind of layout and function you want the site to have.

Why can't you just use a "normal" CMS?
do you know of a good one i can use?
If you're into Java or have a tomcat server available:
