I have never been to a "real" adult theater - it is on my "sex bucket list" to do.

As for the booths in adult book stores - well those booths are the first place I ever saw gay porn. So I guess that answers your question!
 
In this area, pre-internet, the only real porn shop was/is about 45 miles away......the city health department ordered the booth doors removed nearly 20 years ago....... :rolleyes:

I lived in Terra Haute IN when I was 5 yrs, then we moved to Rosedale, then we moved to Columbus IN, then to Crawfordsville IN where I graduated from H.S..
 
We had a few notorious XXX theatres in my hometown. There was The Lyell, The Riviera, and the Monroe.
