You're post is a little confusing. It seems like you have two roommates, but I get lost half way through. Do you think you could use fake names or something? Also you might want to make your own thread.

That's what it looks like. I have a gay friend was in a similar situation. He had a "str8" wwho was basically mooching off of him. he was at his house everyday eating, drinking. Doing whatever. My friend was really nice to him and part of the reason he was nice to him was because he liked him, but when my friend was going through hard times. The str8 guy was nowhere to be found.

You need to cut this guy off. Like stop being so nice to him. Stop letting him slip by. Stop giving him stuff. Start acting like you don't care if he's around or not. By pursuing him like this you're giving him all the power. You don't want him to have the power. You're supposed to want to have the power.
 
My advice is to stay clear of Craigs list. Just a lot of weridos on there. I'd also recommend something like Adam4Adam or Manhunt, but don't let your guard down. Be cautious whenever you deal with men online. Btw, I'm also from NW Indiana.

He paid me $ 450.00/month plus utilities but the other CU students live at the same building paid $ 750.00 or $800.00/ month or more plus utilities but my place is the nicest and the room are bigger. I gave him nice clothes like: Lucky, Polo cuz I like brand name. Kinda piss me off now cuz he lived with me for 4 years and He never asked me to go hiking, camping with him but he did go hiking, camping( over nite) with his new roommate. Now he has to pay almost $800.00 for everything but his place is kinda ghetto, most people live there have low income. No AC. No washer and Dryer. I text him last nite and I feel so better now. I had roommates before but I never have a problem like this and my roommates told me Im the best landlord they had. I still talk to my old roommates. They moved out cuz They got a job from another state. I text him last nite and here what I said:( BTW, He just got a job at the Bank and the money he makes barely pay for his new place:
