Many women require lube. Some women can ejaculate. The fluid is similar to male prostatic fluid.

Well, I can't answer the question when it comes to porn as I don't watch it, but I'm sure lube is used in that situation.

In a non-porn situation, assuming the man and woman are genuinely hot for one another, as long as the woman is stimulated/worked up enough, lube is not needed. As a woman gets aroused, we secrete our own natural lube, similar to a man's pre-cum. If the woman isn't stimulated/worked up enough, or you're going at it for several times in a row, then lube is most certainly needed.

What else is used? Saliva can be used as a lube, but it doesn't work nearly as well as pre-cum or cum.

I have also heard of people using egg white as lube which I find a bit....disturbing. Raw egg white on/in the hoo-ha sounds like an infection waiting to happen.
