I don't drive so I bike everywhere, but I wanna do more than that, any advice?

Gym membership is the first step.

If you cannot afford gym membership then begin working out at home with furniture.

You tube has many videos demonstrating how to use house furniture as exercise tools.

Your diet should include plenty of dairy products such as cheese, also poultry, eggs, and meat. Vegetables, and fresh fruit should also be part of your daily intake.

When you join a gym, often there's a package you can buy that includes several personal training sessions. This is good for the guy who hasn't worked out before. Take advantage of the personal training sessions to get familiar with the equipment and develop a starter plan.

Where a lot of new guys go wrong is that they go to the gym with the thought, "I want to get bigger <fill in body part here>". For a guy like you who is in shape but wants to add mass, your priorities are diet, core exercises and weight workouts that hit groups of muscle in single session.

Because you're naturally thin and lean, every pound of muscle is going to look like 5 pounds of muscle on a normal guy. That's the good news. The bad news is you're going to really have to eat a lot of extra protein to put on that weight and you're going to have to work to keep it on. Protein supplements will help. Eating meat, eggs or milk with every meal will help add protein to your diet. Don't pig out on junk food- it will come back to haunt you in the future with bad eating habits and fat when your metabolism begins to slow in your late twenties.

A thin guy like you tends to have a strong upper body but a weak spine and weak legs. So, you really want to do core exercises to strengthen your spine, butt and legs. This will give you balance but it will also prevent you from hurting yourself at the gym.

And last, do exercises that work groups of muscles together. Starting with a trainer is your best bet. You'll also find some basic starter and intermediate workouts here:

Making regular use of your bicycle contributes to your general level of fitness, especially your heart and lungs. As a result of cycling your stomach should be tight, legs strong, and your buttocks firm. That's not bad as a foundation upon which to develop a stronger and more attractive body.

Your diet is of primary importance in your endeavour to improve your overall health.

Taking personal responsibility for your health includes researching on the Internet so that you may learn what diet is appropriate for your particular needs.

There is no magic formula for good health other than ensuring that your body receives plenty of physical exercise, and that your dietary regime covers all the essential nutrients to build, and maintain a healthy body.

Toning your body is easily done with regular daily exercise routines. A disciplined dedication to your work outs will reward you with a strong, attractive body.
