Exactly. You have no idea how many people i've spoken to - straight women and gay men - who were "the other woman" and they all went through exactly the same thing when they dated someone who was already in a relationship.



Ideally, Darvin should talk this out with him, and tell him something like this:



"Okay, so you'll break up with her at the end of the year. Let's cool it for now, and if you really love me, we'll get together after that's settled."



And NOT give him any ass until after that's happened!

The guy K will chicken out in the end and stay with his girlfriend because he doesn't want to come out. He will make up an excuse that he really is bi and he wants to have a family. He will come up with an excuse and say that you and him can just be friends and be happy on the DL for the rest of your pathetic lives. You will continue to follow him because you love him and you think love will conquer it all. *BUZZER* WRONG!

Couple years down the road, he will get her pregnant while fucking you on the side. Oh what to do, what to do now? I guess he can revisit the whole dumping Lily-having a relationship with you. Now what? let's say he will really dump her, so you're going to be a home wrecker? you're going to cause a child to not have its father? AND backstabbing a friend? That's just low.


loving someone is nice and all, and nothing's wrong with chasing after someone you love. But DAMN!!! do it with some dignity.
 
First of all, I've to thank all of you who have overwhelmingly given me advice, I really do appreciate it.
I've decided that I'm not going to see K till end of the year. If he doesn't break it up with her by then I will take your advice and break it off. I think that's the fairest thing to do. But I'm not going to tell K abt this becoz I want him to choose who he really wants to spend his life with.
As for lily, I will try to hide this from her unless K cheats on her again with someone else. But I reli doubt he would, it's kinda my fault that we got in this mess.

Ps: I hope he chooses me.
