This one is not AI but from a gay softcore Greenwood/Cooper video.

The movie pretty well depicts the Greek light infantrymen, who were indeed mostly naked on the battlefield : the were called "gymnetes".
In contrast, Greek heavy infantrymen ("Hoplites") wore tunics and breastplates, with heavy weaponry.

Gymnetes were poorer guys, who could not (yet) afford armor or heavy weapons. Usually newbies aged 16-24, who spent most of peace time doing physical training in the nude anyway (as all Greek men did).

Another class of nude Greek warriors on the battlefield were the hemerodromos (running courriers), who spent the whole time running between the military HQ and the troops to transmit orders, as radios did not exist.
A famous hemerodromos is Philippides, who is remembered for running (naked) 40 km from the Marathon battlefield to Athens to announce the Greek victory over the Persians.
