Sheesh. Your facts aren't straight, Pete. It was the Bush machine who said Gore claimed to invent the internet, not Gore. In reality, Gore said, "During my service in the United States Congress, I took the initiative in creating the Internet." He sponsored much of the legislation that funded the development of the early days of the internet.

I'm going to regret asking this, but would you care to explain that leap in logic? I'm not quite seeing the connection between the US election system and the Nobel Prize Committee.
 
He might think we elected an intellectual midget (and war monger) instead of a candidate with a brain.
