There are these really yummy sandwiches that I sometimes buy but whenever I eat them I get really bad diarrhoea the next day. It isn't just normal diarrhoea though it is super explosive and disgusting. I ate one yesterday and today I felt like my insides fell out.

So am I allergic to something or am I just buying bad sandwiches? Should I give my doctor one of the sandwiches so he can work out why it happens?

!oops!!oops!!oops!

What kind of sandwiches are they? Is there anything on them that you don't usually eat? If not, that does sound more like food poisoning.

doesn't sound like an allergy, but I may be splitting hairs, because there seems to be something in the sandwich that's screwing up your digestion. What are the ingredients?

Are they fresh sandwiches or prepackaged ones? I would just avoid them if they are the only thing causing you to have this problem.

The sandwiches are made in the shop on the same day and they put them in the fridge. It isn't just one type of filling that makes me ill, it is all of the sandwiches by that company. I know other people who eat them and they are fine (I asked them) so I don't think there is a problem with the sandwiches

I guess I will stop eating them but they are really really nice.

Food allergies usually mean sinusitis, rashes, headaches, swollen throat or even difficulty breathing.

Do you have any inflammatory bowel conditions?
