http://nypost.com/2015/05/04/science-proves-that-beards-contain-fecal-matter/Name of the study please! It must be my university training, but when one make such a bold assertion, I want reference!!!
And no beard are NOT gross!
I find many younger guys find beards gross, because they grew up in the "shaved body" period of bodybuilding, therefore having any hair on the body or face detracts in some way.
I have the opposite perspective, being much older: I'm not keen on the "plucked chicken" look so many guys sport (body and face) to show definition in their muscles, but it even extends to facial hair. It's a very recent phenomenon, as anyone who has looked at gay culture in the '70s 80s and even 90s saw that guys had facial hair (although less in the 90s). It was pretty common in the 60s for guys to have hair (most rock groups had one member with a beard). I found it added a masculinity to the face.
There was no study and the "results" have been debunked.

I still don't find beards attractive at all and am actually grossed out by them.
Thank you for the correction.

So you'll appreciate that so many others are so utterly repulsed by completely hairless guys that it makes them throw up in their mouths a little.
By the way, do you want to know some other places on the human body where you are likely to have your face during sex and that have 'faecal' bacteria present....?
Much anger in you I sense.
I have to say that while it was fun...I am so glad that my Movember beard comes off in a few days.

...............Yo mama? Not at all.....just pointing out that since your dislike of beards is purely subjective and not defensible for the reasons given in the specious 'study' presented in the OP...you will completely understand why some guys also recoil at the sight of grown men plucked and shaved as smooth as a prepubescent. Or looking like the underbelly of a scaled halibut.
Gross is all in the eye of the beholder.
But next time you have your face planted down there in a guy's taint.....guess what I bet you'll find present on the skin?
