mirrors can be cruel, its the shadow from the contours of your body that can create the illusion of definition. I personally wouldnt call you overweight but (im sorry) you have alot of work to do for an athletic/muscular build and lookin in the mirror and saying yeah i have definition can lessen ur motivation.
 
Oh btw from your physique i get the impression you skip breaky/lunch not giving a constant supply of nutrients to your body and it can smash your muscle whilst leaving a healthy amount of fat. Im actually thinking your bf% is ~20. I think when you dieted you lost lots of muscle id say lose as much fat as you can in the next month then bulk up (muscle!) during your winter as its a bit harder to cut then :) if you need help on dieting let me know - the term id use to describe it is skinny fat btw
 
You are not fat, but I do see some "love handles" bulging on your sides and a tiny pouch in your lower abdomin.

You just need a little toning up.
 
Fat? If you even wonder about if you're fat then you've got no idea what fat is. You've got a regular body.
 
No, you are not fat. Quite a nice body but not a model like the porno stars you keep looking at. You have everything to get the body you want. Go for it. Look for a gym and commit to making yourself happy in your own skin, whatever shape you can manage to get.
 
Depends on your definition ..
Some people you see who look wicked thin may indeed have a higher percentage of bodyfat to body weight ratio. You could indeed have too much bodyfat than you'd like. Hit the gym and firm up .good luck .. I know how hard it is.
