Amazing Race 20 cast revealed

I'm really starved for a semi-decent season of TAR where I'm actually happy with the winners. I don't think that's happened since when the hippies won... and that was what, 6 or 7 years ago? Every year we get to sit through two lousy seasons of shit teams and shit winners.

I'm either non-plussed about the winners (the sisters from the second chances season) or I absolutely despise them (Ernie and Cindy).

And with the fucking inclusion of "other CBS realty stars" now appearing as teams for the past five or so seasons.. I'm really tired of it. This season it's BRENCHEL.. Jesus Christ is there no escaping them.

This show used to excite me, now I'm just pretty much watching it hoping that someone mildly compassionate or the underdog-usually-older team might win. Judging by the promo pic for this upcoming season, there are FOUR all-male teams. You heard it here first, one of them are going to win. If not the twins, then the guidos.

Hell there isn't even an old couple this season. Who the fuck cares.
 
I really hope Brenchal goes home earlier...but let us see Rachel have one last melt-down on Reality TV, and then slither away to a dark hole never to be seen again. Ha ha...jeez, I really hate them. That was harsh. ;)
 
I can see Brenchel either failing miserably, or doing amazingly well. No inbetween. Here's why:

I can totally see them bickering and having a complete meltdown quite often, which could get them lost, etc etc.

However, in BB they were both amazingly good at challenges. Now I know the challenges on TAR are completely different, but still they definitely have that competitive edge.

I just hope there isn't much out there in this world that causes her laugh... But we all know we will NOT escape that god damned laugh.... ugh
 
I can't wait to see this train wreck! Gonna watch just to hear Rachel say "Go Brendan!".

You know after the 1st time they were on BB, that October Brendon actully was messing around with skype and showed his penis..ALL OFF IT..He is packing. Just Google Brendon BB skype...(!)(!)(!)(!)
 
I missed last week's ep and all of a sudden the hot twins are gone...booooo

at least there are some other good looking guys this season

and HOLY CRAP...Brendon and Rachel....horrible
 
I'm wondering if the producers are encouraging Brenchel to act out, for the same reason they were brought for a 2nd BB season. I know you can have drama on the race but there didn't seem to be an actual cause for it - wait it's Brenchel and they don't need a reason.

yeah no...that was just normal Brenchel...lol....ridiculous...and still not ONE tear has actually come out of that girl's eyes...HAHAHA

Rachel is amazing, I am sorry. I liked her ironically in BB12 just because everyone else was so boring, but ironic love has become real love over time. I will watch any and every reality show that has her to witness her glorious meltdowns and attention whoring and drama queening. <3
 
A couple of weeks ago, TV Guide "jeered" The Amazing Race for "taking a detour into Jersey Shore territory," by including Joey "Fitness" & Danny. The article stated, "CBS' Emmy-winning, long-running reality show has always distanced itself from its competitors by staying classy."

I think the editors at TV Guide must've been smoking something. If any team is poised to damage TAR's "classiness," it's Brendon & Rachel. They're the worst of the worst, when it comes to reality show competitors.
 
Episodes like tonight are the reason they keep winning the Emmy. It had everything but that ending depicting perseverance was just so uplifting and inspiring and to top it off it was a non elimination leg. Just perfect
 
I feel that this season has been so much "bleh" so far. Very run-of-the-mill stuff. Nothing very exciting or dramatic to get engaged with. I miss the good seasons for sure.
 
'Twas a boring season overall. Just watched the finale on cbs site. Ho hum winners yet again. :/ Props to Rachel (not Brenchel) for pulling her weight though.
