Earlier this year for the first season there was a few threads on the first season but none for the current season so far so I thought I'd start one. For the first few episodes the season were 90 minutes and now they have been cut to an hour, I'd have liked it a lot better if they cut most if not all of the damn filler interviews and just show the events instead of a stupid recap of the events not shown. On the plus side I had a major crush on Evan the 1st season and am glad to see him return as Rocket, he also looks like he got more toned and defined, what can I say I'm shallow.:p
 
I hate Hulk Hogan as host. Leila is good. Hulk uses that Hulk voice when interviewing. "Brother, whats your startegy going into Powerball?". They could cut out that crap.

I keep looking at Mike OHearn's silber clad crotch in his new outfit

I didnt like the woman who was on and she was 4'11". She kept talk,ing smack but would lose every event. But when she won the Eliminator, that was good. The eliminator looks like a killer. A person from behind can win because of the travelator

I think Helga looks like Alison Sweeney (The Biggest Loser) on steroids.

I dont like Wolf. I would like to see more of Alex Castro (Militia)


I couldnt help but notice Zen's hair was prefectly coiffed the other night (just before the Gauntlet)

I like Crush (with the Victoria Beckham haircut)

There were 2 black guys on recently. I think they were cops. They looked great in the spandex outfit

From certain angles, I thought OHearn's body looked less impressive when he was dressed as the Hulk.
 
The interviews are unnecessary. Back in the day if I remember correctly they just had the two announcers and that was it and that was sufficient. Hulk is just plain annoying... Laila is all right.
 
I don't think there is a single current AG watcher who like Hulk, and I really hope he gets fired before the 3rd season starts.

Has anyone seen any of the other updated Gladiator shows.

Do you mean Titan (OHearn)? I dont think it would happen.

He looks great on tv but his hair . . . is it a bad haircut or a toupee?

The old AG were hotter. I like Titan and Militia/Alex Castro (who doesnt seem to play much)

I ment Hulk Hogan, and yeah the less popular gladiators seem to not get nearly as much as the more popular one, and with a few more gladiators comming that's probably not going to change. BTW the new Gladiator Hurricane looks fairly hot.

Anyone still watching, tonights episode was one of the better one's this season, both couples were tolerable and both guys nice to look at. Plus both winners shot up to the top of the leader board so it didn't come off as an ep where they just wanted a gimmick and just cast whoever filled the role, they all were decent contenders.

As for Gladiators: Jet should not be put up on the Wall again for the rest of the season, Rocket kicks ass on the wall once again, Hurricane didn't do to well this week, but I hope he finds his niche, he's quite hot and and from what I saw briefly on Side Swipe he has a really nice ass, and Crush continues being probably the best overall Gladiator Man or Woman.

Other concerns include the Wall in general, they producers need to stop putting one heavier Glad with one of the smaller faster Glads together, it is so unfair and onesided when they do that. The new event Side Swipe seems interesting, plus it seems to be one of the only events where any sized glad can compete.

Wow that was fairly long, thoughts anyone else.
 
My primary thought was WTF... I was pissed that they were doing recaps of events without showing them.... cut the freaking interviews if you need to completley leave out entire events.

I agree 100% percent there, I've been thinking that since the start of this format.
 
I liked both the couples on tonight's episode too. Usually there's one man and woman I don't like. I thought they were all hot as well, so i didn't care who won.

Glo-unit, i agree Jet has sucked as of late on the wall. But her, Phoenix, and Crush are my favorite female Gladiators. And when she was just a contender she used to haul ass up that wall and smoke the Gladiators. I think she's just had a few bad days. i think Crush is so hot and she kicks ass.

I like Rocket/Evan as a contender. he's hot but i feel like he'd be really hyper and annoying in person.
 
I can't watch this show in real time. I will tape it and that way I can fast forward through the interviews and all of the other bullshit. I can't stand Hulk as the host.

And I just noticed that they started doing this "recap" crap. Completely stupid cutting out events.

on a lighter note, how fucking HOT was the guy from the losing couple last night. personally i think he's the most fuckable contender they've had since they brought the show back. the other guy wasn't bad to look at either. i'm STILL waiting for guest appearances from the old school Glads. DYING to see what Turbo looks like these days. goddamn that guy was sexy as hell...especially that ASS!!!!
 
Oh and the guys shirt getting ripped off as he struggled up the pyramid... hot as hell.

I thought the guy was a look alike for Carlos from '24'. His abs were great, his crotch, great face.

When Rocket can climb higher than the contender, thats not a fair challenge

Maybe Hulk's personal problems will give producers a reason to kick him out.

Haha I loved Turbo as well. But he did seem like a douche at times. I saw him on something recently and he is balding and much smaller but he's still very hot. I saw Ice on HGTV recently and she still looks great as well.
 
James was good but it was kinda unfair for him to compete against that little guy. he was pathetic. He should have had someone at his level.
 
Yeah Sean did pretty bad as a competitor but it so nice to see James (his opponent) cheer Sean on and give him praise.
 
Wow, Tim was amazing on the Eliminator, he may be the best since the the show started again.

Once again they need to stop putting a bigger glad with a smaller glad on the wall, put Zen and Rocket together again. I'm liking Sideswipe, it's probably the best new game of the series.

I have other thoughts I'll probably say later but I'm distracted right now.
