You know I think it's ridiculous that "personality" is even a criteria. I mean let me tell you when you look at Naomi Cambell, Janice Dickenson, and Kate Moss... you know models who have actually succeeded in the fashion world they're not really "perky"

And i know this sounds ridiculous discussing models but these comments about Jennah's appearance are frivolous and stupid. When I first saw her I didn't even think she was attractive but her pictures speak for themselves. No matter how awkward she looks it translates into amazing photos.

This season was ridiculous. The best performances were turned out by Heather, Jennah, Sarah, and Lisa yet none of them even made the top two. It's just not about how well you do at all.

I only agree about Lisa not making it to the end, because she was great, though at that moment, fading. Heather can't work in the business if she can't get to go-see's, can't speak to people without confidence, and can't deliver commercials.

Jenah's sarcasm and snarky attitude(which, i didn't notice til the end) isn't going to book jobs - Janice and Naomi became bitches when they were established - i DOUBT(at least with Naomi) that they were as bitchy as they are now when they started.

I don't remember Sarah at all, so i can't comment.

They are looking for the total package. Not the best person behing the lens. Now do i agree that they got it right with the final two?? Hell no. But Saliesha is closer to "the total package" than Chantal - and, deep down inside, i KNEW they weren't going to choose another blonde this soon.

I don't think Heather should've won. I love her but she just can't even do a passable commercial. As far as Jenah's "snarky" attitude it doesn't exist. Sarah is an aquaintance of mine and I've met Jenah... she's totally just a normal person. She's not bitchy or overly sarcastic in my experience and you certainly don't come away from meeting her saying that you'd never want to work with her. She'd have no problem booking jobs. If she wasn't late I guarantee she (or Chantal for that matter) would've one the go-see challenge.

And after eight seasons none of their winners have really made it anywhere so their "total package" obviously isn't working. If they cared about choosing the they'd make different decisions and I think we all know it.

And you didn't notice til the end because they didn't start editting her that way to the end. As they neared the end and Jenah's performance was clearly superior to Saleisha's the panel knew they had to make up a flaw and used the old reliable "personality" card that they use when they want an excuse to boot some.

About Saleisha winning: You've got to remember that the winner signs a deal with Cover Girl. Saleisha is exactly the kind of Model they're looking for. If Jenah is doing a Cover Girl commercial and all the while she's thinking "OMG this is so dorky", how is that going to work? She may be a better model, but at the end of the day, it's not really about who is better. It's about who is most appropriate for what they're looking for. You may not like that but that's just how it is.

Actually, believe it or not, Nicole(the girl from... whatever season Nik was in) and Danielle are the highest paid models from ANTM. They don't get it right all the time(from the very beginning, obviously... fucking racist Adrianne...), but they had some hits.

But i'll agree on Jehah to an extent - til the end, the attitude didn't come up too much - and in the beginning, Jenah DID have great pictures(my fav would be the rock climbing one, though i DID miss the shoot that Ebony walked out on). Maybe i'll see it different when MTV/VH1 reruns the whole season - because you KNOW they are gonna.

I really didn't like this season at all.... lol, when did they make "personality" such a huge basis of judgment... it's just so ridiculous i mean... doesn't janice the perfect hypocrite to the whole "personality" factor of modeling that tyra decided to fabricate? i mean janice seriously... she could not, would not act nice if her life depended on it we all know she's a fucking bitch ( excuse me , but seriously ) . and to top it all off! i love it! when tyra introduces janice everytime she says "one of the first top models EVER"
