Now. Quit smoking. It is tough to do. I did it. I know you can too. Even trying and failing is better than not trying at all. Just make sure you keep exercising...even walking an hour a day, because otherwise, you'll immediately gain 15 pounds.

You deserve to live a life free of damaging addictions.

I've been trying to confront my social anxiety issues lately... I don't have money to see a doctor about it but I have tried xanax/ativan and wish I could get a prescription. Although sometimes I might take it when I don't need it just 'cause it feels nice to not worry. :P
