Hi All,

I enjoy anal stimulation but have avoided doing it with a partner because it always ends up being messy. I've read through the sticky,and followed all the instructions to no avail as well as searching other posts and haven't found any answers

I'm young, healthy, and eat a balanced diet with lots of fruit and veggies. My BM are fairly regular, (1-2) times a day, though the majority of the time it is not totally solid and I think that is the problem. It's not uncomfortable or diarrhea, more like thick mud for lack of a better description, and that is what seems to be left in there even after an hour or 2 and a nice shower. When I do have a more solid BM, I can play with no problems. The only culprit I can think of is the 2 or so cups of coffee I have in the am.

I'm really not interested in the enema route because of the health risks and it is just too much work.....

Am I the only one who has this problem? Any suggestions?

Although enema gives you the cleanest results (when done correctly) you can still limit the messiness other ways.

The key is to do it when it's not been too long since you went to the bathroom last time so your anus is empty.

But for that to work you have to make sure your bowels are not sticky so they don't stick to the walls inside the anus.

Although you eat a lot of fruits and vegetables it still seems you aren't getting enough fiber. Try buying fiber pills and take them with your meals and drink plenty of water. Have a white dildo so you can do a test before having sex.

You can also use Physium Husk, and mix with water, like a liquid fiber,works fast it will help clean you out really good. But must drink a lot of water . works really good for us. You can find it at Traders Joe's if there in your area...

There aren't really any health risks with enemas, that is a myth. In fact enema usage can have numerous positive effects on your body. It helps to get all that excess stool out of your body, it detoxifies your body and makes you healthier. I take an enema, every time I poop to get the excess out. Plus it can even make you loose weight.

As you've discovered, caffeine is a stimulant that can also stimulate the bowel to move, so you probably should avoid coffee and caffeinated drinks immediately before sex.

The reason your BM's are like that is because you are eating a balanced diet with plenty of fibre. You should be pleased not anxious

I noticed that too many guys don't know how to clean their hole.

The best way to clean the arse hole is to sit/squat in the shower and finger the hole with water until nothing comes out. It might take over 5 minutes, 10 minutes or more ...

I eat Sunrise Energy Bars. Look them up online. They are a great source of fiber and my "evacuation session" LOL comes out clean. Now they are a bit high in carbs but made organic and not much processed. I drink about 2 cups of coffee in the morning and that will stimulate a bowel movement.

Also, I eat a lot of apples during the day too. Full of fiber, water, and nutrition! I like Fuji Apples the best. I try to rely on foods as my fiber source but sometimes when things get sluggish, I will use Psyllium Fiber Powder from Vitamin Shoppe. Add 1 tablespoon (recommended is a teaspoon) to a cup of unsweetened almond milk with some Stevia and cocoa powder and blend. Actually not too bad. I also take a 17 billion probiotic daily to keep my gut in good condition with healthy flora... yogurt is good too.

I also exercise daily with cardio and yoga and drink 9+ oz of water daily... :wave:
