If it is mate...its simply where the 2 halves of your body come together when the embryo starts splitting and the cells are dividing during pregnancy...true story mate...the left and right sides of our body are not symmetrical....hence the join in your ball sac which is a continuation of the line you are seeing....

You wanna know the weird thing? I learned the word 'taint' in the female context...but it was my grandmother who taught it to me. Funny, ain't it?
