Yes anal sex with lube and a condom is safe.

No you will not need to wear a diaper after anal sex, even guys who get fisted don't need diapers.

No sex is 100% safe. Condoms can break, slip off and etc... but anal sex with lube and a condom is as safe as it gets.

If you use lube and the top makes sure to go at the right pace (that is, not ramming it dry without any prep) then your sphincter can accommodate as much sex with as big dicks as you like.

I have to agree with you here.

Unless you venture into fisting, which I have no desire to, or have never done, I think your ass will remain as nature intended it to be.

I've never tried fisting but I do believe that if it's done right (slowly, lots of practice and lube) you will be just fine. As long as the sphincter is not being forced too fast or torn. It's a muscle that is able to stretch to incredible lengths.
