Don't just assume they're gong to lose. It all depends on who appointed the judge. Not necessarily because of venality, but it's also possible that they get an utter fucking incompetent appointed by a Republican. If it ends in front of the SC they might sacrifice her, or they may not.

The are a couple articles about this already but it is being framed as a "protest," when this is not what it was. It started out as some kind of anti-mandate protest but quickly escalated further. Sorry for those who don't like to use twitter, but until an article doesn't frame it in such a way, I won't be posting one. Either way Proud Boys where marching around in Olympia, WA literally hunting people down who they thought were Antifa. A women was chased down and attacked. They claimed they were shot when it looks like one of them actually shot themselves and they saw individuals get on an "Antifa Bus," which is a thing that does not exist. This was a white supremacy mob running around freely.

I hope you're right. My suspicion though is that we'll scream and nothing will happen but lip service until people get distracted. I don't think enough people understand it's more dangerous for the SC to start behaving like this than it is for someone like the toad to act like he does.
