Abbott was given monoclonal antibodies which are usually only given to people who are symptomatic. It's unclear whether he's taking advantage of his privilege or whether his physician has concerns about Abbott's condition.

Abbott was at a crowded, maskless GOP fundraiser in the suburbs of north Dallas the night before he was diagnosed. I wonder how many of those people at the fundraiser were vaccinated and whether all of them will be able to quickly access monoclonal antibodies if they get sick?

He did show some remose laying there in the hospital but I'm all out of sympathy for these people. He challenged the virus head-on and lost.

It's all about "owning the libs".

They're taking horse meds because, in their pea brains, democrats, liberals, real doctors, and Joe Biden don't want them to. It's the mentallity of a six-year-old. "You can't tell me what to do!, It's my choice!" They think "libs" are trying to control them. The reality is, "libs" are trying to save their lives. It's empathy, not control. But they are willingly brainwashed beyond help and hope. They are incapable of understanding empathy. So, in their pea brains, if they don't get vaccinated; if they don't wear a mask, they think they win. If they take a horse med, or Hydroxychloroquine, or whatever other thing, they think they win. "We beat the libs! You can't control me!".

That's all it has ever been about....ever. "You can't tell me what to do", is the one consistent theme that runs through every protest, every excuse, every justification, every demonstration, every stupid speech from every republican governor, every far-right TV commentator, every article and Facebook post, every rally. That is the root of it. All the rest is nonsense, diversion, and rationalization to justify it; but "You libs can't tell me what to do" is the real reason. When the vaccine is finally fully approved and that "experimental" excuse is gone, they'll come up with some other false narrative. But they will not get vaccinated because, in their pea brains, then they lose and "libs" win. Oh, a few might get the shots, sure. But I don't expect a vaccine rush once the FDA gives full approval. I expect more nonsense, stupidity, willful ignorance, and obstinate intransigence. "You can't tell me what to do!".

It's all about "owning the libs", and that's all it has ever been about.

I hate to say this but I am sure that "someone" on the team will die and then they will never let the results be known so they can keep the grift going on forever!
 
The basic insult is how stupid that excuse actually is. They either have no report, and are furiously inventing one, or it says that their claims are lies and they are furiously editing.

There is absolutely zero reason - which I'm sure we are all aware of - that a few people, or indeed all of them coming down with COVID should delay delivery of anything.
