From what I have read (but I have not seen the actual affidavits), Cawthorn was left impotent from the auto accident that occurred when he was 18 years old. He sued his friend's insurance company for $3 million dollars and he sued the friend for $30 million. He won the $3 million suit and lost the other suit. In the insurance company suit, he detailed his injuries, including the sexual dysfunction that resulted from his injuries.
