The Republicans have also said nothing while the Judicial Crisis Network* continues to run ads against Merrick Garland. They ran ads against Garland when Obama nominated to the Supreme Court. They ran ads when Garland was nominated for Attorney General.
They're currently running ads accusing Garland of doing nothing about assassination attempts on Brett Kavanaugh.
*Judicial Crisis Network is a Koch and Leonard Leo dark money organization that runs ads against Supreme Court candidates that who aren't right wing conservatives. The President of JCN is Carrie Severino, the former Clarence Thomas law clerk who is married to a closet case.
