The police will not release their evidence publicly prior to the trial. He was a High School teacher, and even if you assume all seniors are 18 - which is not the case, that's still a 75% chance the girl/guy was a minor.

It's also likely that the student was a minor since the warrant was "highly redacted" which is far less likely for two people who are legally adults.

I have to think that Bartiromo and Pirro are in a precarious position because of their utterly actionable lies on a number of occasions. But Hannity remaining is proof that lying about things on air wasn't what got Carlson fired.

Grossberg claims to have made over 100 recordings. Her attorney released the one with Cruz acknowledging that a) Trump didn't have evidence of voter fraud and had lost his cases in court and b) there was a conspiracy to overturn the will of the people by having Congress create a "committee" to investigate the voter claims (the ones Cruz says aren't valid) and possibly decide the outcome of the election.

The fact that these people were openly discussing their conspiracy with Fox News employees indicates how much they thought they would get away with it and how complicit Fox is. I don't know why Fox is being treated as a media outlet when they are just a propaganda arm of the Republican Party.

So far the Dominion judgment doesn't seem to have changed things. It may be time for the Federal Courts to break up of some of these "infotainment" megacorporations.
