A Pentecostal Bishop from Oklahoma was indicted, along with his wife, for embezzling tens of thousands of dollars from their church. Michael and Vicki Hall were only caught only after the Halls were given a promotion to bishop and the pastor who replaced him in his pastorate noticed that there was a lot of money missing from the church.

The Halls had been skimming from the church for years.

According to court documents, after Beeson became the pastor, he noticed problems with how the two were handling finances. For the six years that the Halls were heads of the Living Waters church, they allegedly grabbed tithes from the church. Alleged to have used money meant for the church on their own personal expenses.

The affidavit alleged that the church had a member at one point donate $47,000 for the church parking lot, but half went to the Halls. Another example was a member who donated $23,000 to go to the church’s women’s bathroom, and half of that allegedly went to the Halls.

Joshua David Kemper, age 47, of California was arrested last week. The two had made pictures and video of them having sex at the church, in the girl's home and in the pastor's car.
