I read once that while zebras look like a horse, they are not. They are mean/wild and their backs are not strong enough to carry a large load or a human. I wonder what a zebra/horse cross would be like? If they can interbreed. Some kind of mule? Just a random thought that pops into my head once in a while.

They can interbreed but the offspring is usually sterile. Both are equine.
