Next season's Medium will no longer star Patricia Arquette.

They have recast the role of Alison Dubois with Sally Struthers.

They will be changing the name of the series from Medium to Extra Large.

Worst yet, MTM productions is doing a re-make of out favorite girl from Minneapolis, but this time they've cast Paris Hilton in the starring role.

The show is tentatively titled Mary Tyler Moron.

Patricia was just nominated for a Golden Globe. Given NBC's desperation for hit shows, I think they'll hold on to her for a long time.

Masi Oka from Heroes was nominated for best supporting actor...he'll probably be seeing his own spin-off soon.
