logic suggests that the customer can't always be right. That is just a silly idea. the customer needs to read the store policies before he purchases and if that responsibility is too much, I cant see why they need to complain.
that is a bit of an unrealistic entitlement expectation in my book as well.
if you are wrong, why should a merchant bear the financial burden of your mistake? I hate bad customer service, but I hate bad customers even more.
