I'm all for this guy doing what he wants in his private life. But, to consistently not live up to his own standards, I can't help but shake my head and want to tell the guy to give the Jesus pep talks a rest.

Why Was Philandering Senator David Vitter Tweeting to This Young Lady Last Night?

FYI: Mr. Family Values has a run-in with the DC madam 4 years ago. Evidently, that didn't teach him to be more discreet in his philandering.
 
The republicans preach family values to you but act like deviant whores themselves. This David Vitter character is still a senator? And a fetish for wearing diapers? Disgusting. But what other political party would welcome him..... he's one of them.

How do you figure out that you have a diaper fetish? I mean... If you have an ass fetish, you'd know it when you see asses. But diapers?

The problem is its a BIG concern for his voters. It also speaks to the fact that sometimes people believe weird shit just because they are unable to deal with their own issues.

I don't think fetish behavior is in any way associated with political views, but its obvious one of them likes to suppress the urge than believe its ok to explore.
 
I do think that sexual repression - that lovely dose of shame and guilt, injected into your sex life makes your uh.... predilictions? More extreme.

I also think it impacts politics in the usual fashion. Just as any of the closeted republicans out there.
 
Well I think that if you believe that its a choice then by inference you have to believe that you can choose not to do it. That pressure must be intense.

He was not charged because the age of consent is 16 in Minnesota but the backlash cost him his job. As it should. Never meet a 17 yo in a rest stop. That is mall territory if i have ever heard it before...jeesh.

JK... it happens on both sides of the aisle but at least the democrats generally stand for sexual freedom and exploration.
