I get it.

Some guys hate themselves so much that they fight their homosexuality by using proxies to try to prove that you can be turned straight.

But time and time again, they are found to be out there sniffing for homo-sex on-line.

Who one assumes is so terrified by Leviticus, that he has created a separate version of himself who is looking for “f**k buddies” and “married men,” and is into “sucking” and “jerking off” — but with “hairy guys only.”

Hopefully he will will get the help he needs to accept himself. But more importantly, hopefully his 'patients' will see the hypocrisy and lies and realize that it is all a fraud.

Feel sad for him, not anger. You have had a full life of partnership with a lover. I have a loving husband. This guy will be lonely forever. No amount of hookups can replace the emotional bondings that occur between two people who will always be there for each other.

I feel incredibly sad for him. He has put himself into an corner and now he must live in that claustrophobic corner or lose his livelihood.
 
he's an Orthodox Jew --once he gives that up and becomes a reform Jew he can accept himself, get a hairy boyfriend and live happily ever after:D

I thought that was a yarmulke in the first pic, but it was cropped. It doesn't matter anyway, as a conversionist is what is wrong, not being Jewish.

Now that you mention it, I do recall some dude named hotnhairy constantly PM'ing me. I'm guessing he stopped after he realized that my short replies meant that I don't like socializing.

But seriously, I'm sure there are dozens of otters and bears out there who consider themselves "hot and hairy."
 
If you're a gay man, living in the closet, that's fine. If you're a gay man who believes conversion therapy works for others AND yourself, that's fine, too. Live a lie about it all, not fine.

Live you life however you want, but just be honest about it.
 
What struck me was that rareboy posted an image which clearly includes the term "fuck buddy", but typed "f**k" in his narrative. I don't think the f-word even makes my mother blush these days. ;)

I don't see why you can't feel both sad for the guy and be angry at them.
They had some degree of agency. There are organizations that they could have turned to. But decided that they could throw other gay and bi men under the bus and profit from it. It's despicable. Especially in the climate we exist in now.

I understand. I understand that living out reality as a hypocrite has to suck and that there are societal pressures that drove this man to this. It's awful that this is ever a thing anywhere! I wish the guy could've lived their homosexual life, to whatever extent it may be, and can imagine some of the turmoil. But I'm not going to just let that erase damage they caused. It's not fair to their victims who deserve the empathy more than anyone.

This is a professional who knew they were spreading disinformation and screwing people's mental health over royally.

I'd totally let the guy cry it out with me but I'm not got just gonna bury the reality that they hurt people; and more than anything else they need to come to terms with that before they will ever be able to grow as a person.
 
I can't decide if what he did in his job was sexual predation or scavenging.

And until I hear otherwise, it was a one off, bizarre and unique.
