Forums are always more fun when you participate; however, there are some really shitastic ones out there.... I just got in a habbit of checking out places before actually saying anything...

I guess I could introduce myself a little better than just "Hi newbie here"

Well I'm a senior at my university, about to complete a degree in dietetics. I'll be starting my internship and graduate work in the fall (hopefully). I hope to eventually work with those with a weight problems, maybe in a bariatric clinic.

I've worked in veterinary medicine for 7 years, 3 in a small practice, 4 in a 24 hr, full service emergancy hospital. . . b/c of this I have more pets than a normal person.

I've been with my partner for over 2.5 years, very happy. I know he comes online here, but I have no idea if he actually talks... who knows, maybe he will read this. HA~ He's a good guy, very compatible with me and my family, and he's very understanding.

That's really it.... oh and I'm an artist on the side....(!)
