THE SUPRISE
"Hey babe i'm gonna search for some accesories for your new outfit while you go see dream boy."
"Ok Ill be back in a few."
I started heading to the food court and my mind was in a storm. I was asking myself all kinds of questions also such as. Why does Dylan wanna see me? And what could he possibly want. This would be the first time we have ever associated out side of school. Once on the escalator I looked down into the food court and saw Dylan at a table alone and he looked like he had something on his mind something serious and troubling but
despite that he was still looking as cute as ever still in his eye liner and clothes from the day. I got off the escalator and walked over to his table he looked up and saw me and smiled and jestured for me to sit and I accepted his offer. I took the seat he offered me and he said.
"Hey Ej thanks for meeting me here." I suddenly got this really awkward feeling.
"Not a prob. I was here shopping with my best friend Kimberly."
"That's cool. The reason why I asked you to meet me here is because I was wondering if you would help me find an outfit for Caroline's party tonight. Kat told me that I had to find the perfect outfit because she wants us to be the it couple at the party tonight."My heart sank and before i could say no Dylan looked at me with the cutest "please" expression on his face and said.
"I would really appriciate it." With the expression on his face and the sincere tone in his voice how could I say no?
"Sure"
"Alright! Thanks man come on I already know which store I want to go to come on." He got up and headed to the escalator I got on right behind him and despite that he had roped me into finding an outfit for him so his girlfriend would be apeased I couldn't help but wonder if Dylan and I were together if this is what it would be like. We went into a store called "Gothica Wonder's" Inside it smelled strongly of incense smoke and it was also very black. Dark clothing everywhere black painted walls with a few lights scattered through out the store a few black lights here and there and also a few of those lightning lamps. I followed Dylan through the isles until we hit the very back of the store. Back here it was darker our only lighting was a black light above our head's and we were surrounded by the black clothing that filled up every isle it was like we had entered another world. What happend next is something I never saw coming. Dylan grabbed me ran a warm hand up my shirt and kissed me. The kiss lasted for what seemed like hours. My mind was only on one thought and that was how sweet Dylan's lips tasted they were as sweet as sugar and tasted like strawberries (my favorite fruit.) Finally Dylan came up for air and the only sound was me and him gasping for air his hand was still underneath my shirt touching my bare body.
"I...know your...probably wondering what just happend." He said during deep inhales of breath. I laughed a little.
"Yea you could say that."
"Well the truth is i'm gay and I like you a'lot I know how much you like me and I notice that when we talk at school you automatically brighten up when you see me walking over to your desk. I see you in the hallway's and you look like your in hell. A couple of days ago it became clear that you liked me I saw you in the library looking through the books and one of your friends walked past you he smiled at you and you smiled back but it was a fake smile I could tell then when I walked past you in the hallway when I smiled at you I saw how much a single smile from me meant to you because the smile on your face was genuine and when I saw you brighten up like you did just because I smiled at you I knew that you liked me too.
"But what about Kathrine aren't you dating her."
"Yes I am and I hate it. I have a reputation to keep and people around school were talking saying that I was gay and that's why I hadn't dated anyone yet so I had to ask Kat to be my girlfriend. I saw how badly it hurt you to hear me say I had a girlfriend today im sorry." He kissed me again and I surrendurd my self to the sweetness of his lips. We let our lips part and our tounge's started an elegant dance with each other. His hand was still under my shirt touching my bare body. He removed his hand and broke our kiss and said.
"I'm not ready to be in a public relationship with a guy yet but if you want we can txt and meet up secretly as much as you want until i'm ready to come out. I may not be ready for a public relationship but I am ready to start making up for all my stupidity. I just want you to know though the last few day's your all i can think about." He suddenly looked at his watch.
"Oh shit I need to go. Kiss me I need to go home and start getting ready for the party."
"But what about your out fit?"
"Ehhh Kat will get over it. I gotta go." He kissed me again and we walked out of the store. I went back and tried to find Kim. By this time I was in Bliss I was high on the taste of his lips and I couldn't wait to take another hit.....
