yes, I knew that. See them in my city. My post was a joke. "Male trucks born with balls. . ."

Frankly, I don't find them offensive. I just find them stupid. A bumper sticker saying "I'm a stupid redneck" would have the same effect.

I live in South Carolina. The enforcement of this seems to varies by county. In my county, they don't seem to be enforcing this law.
