I'm on the same drug - 75 mg

For the first month I experienced a lack of desire but was still able to get it up and perform, however it took a lot longer to cum - which wasn't necessarily a bad thing

I've been on the drug for about 7 weeks now and this side effect has all but gone away and things are back to normal
